New Mexico Courts website provides a free service to provide case information in the state of New Mexico. You must accept the conditions for using this service before you can continue.

In order to get information specific to your case you must provide a case number or your name, drivers license number and social security number. In most cases it's easier to use your case number.

Your case number can be found on the Notice of Lis Pendens you received from District Court. It starts with D-202-CV-XXXX-XXXXX. D stands for district court, 202 is the 2nd Judicial District, CV is for Civil, the year your case was filed and the court number.

Here you will find who filed the suit against you, the judge assigned to hear your case and the date of filing. The important peice of information is the date. You now know how much time you have left before your lender's attorney makes a motion for a Notice of Sale. This ususally takes 120 days from the first filing with the court.
